EQUAL Co. is led by Paul Brackley, a highly experienced community and disability sports professional with over 23 years’ experience in grassroots and elite football. Paul has worked across local, regional, and international levels, helping organisations build inclusive cultures and supporting coaches to engage participants of all abilities.

Our approach combines lived experience, current research, and practical application, helping coaches and clubs understand how to adapt their environments and communication to meet everyone’s needs.
